Sewer Line Rooter & Repair

Plumbing One has a reputation for clearing out drains, but we do a lot more than that. We also offer our customers services such as sewer line replacement, repair, and installation to fix multiple problems, including the following:

When something is restricting flow of water through the pipe, such as grease or a foreign object stuck in the pipe.

This can happen due to freezing of the ground, shifting of the soil, settling, and a number of other causes.

Leaking Joints
Water escapes into the area surrounding the pipe, because the seals between the pipes are damaged.

Bellied Pipes
Part of the pipe has sunk because of the conditions of the ground, leading to a reservoir that collects waste.

Off-Grade Piple
When pipes are made of inferior material that may have been damaged.

Roots In Sewer Lines
Plant roots have interfered with the sewer line, damaging it and making normal cleaning impossible.

Our Plumbing One team knows how to use cutting edge technology and equipment to take care of your plumbing issues.

Traditional repair method sewer line repairs are usually done using the “trench” or “open cut” method. Our technicians will access the area around the damaged part of the pipe, and they may use a backhoe or hydro excavating equipment to open up the work area.

Trenchless Repair Methods
If Plumbing One is replacing your sewer line, you will not have to worry about damage to your driveway, yard, or parking lot. The Trenchless Repair offered by Plumbing One preserve your property better than most traditional methods.

Pipe Bursting
To replace a pipe, we start by making small holes at the start and end of the damaged pipes. We use your broken sewer line as a guide to know where to pull a replacement pipe through, while also breaking up the old damaged pipe.

Pipe Relining
Relining is the repair of damaged pipes by using epoxy relining materials, which are not hazardous, to create a new strong inner wall throughout the pipe. Often, this does not require a lot of digging and can be done through the cleanout access of the building. This process can repair holes, as well as damage done by tree roots. It can also seal up joint connections in pipes.
